Rosita aspires to redefine the pleasure of chanterelle in Italy, and for this she has chosen Sinapps as her ally, launching it as a new Fast Casual product! Together, we are rewriting the rules of consumption with a few key words but centered on the goal: Rosita is cockerel and beer, but to be eaten exclusively with the hands!



We chose a unique "Cartoon Sketch” style approach to turn every concept and idea into a clear and fun visual narrative! From menus, to placemats, through t-shirts and billboards: each graphic fully adheres to the brand narrative.

Our approach to Social goes beyond posting-we create strategies that talk, engage, and grow with audiences, and with Rosita we have turned every interaction into an opportunity to retain and amaze with top-notch content.
Like many other businesses, a few years ago Rosita faced a crisis: no longer being able to serve chanterelles inside restaurants. The solution was not to rely on delivery platforms, with complex capillary management and high commissions, but to develop a proprietary delivery service to deliver steaming hot chanterelles all over Brianza!
Rosita's website, linked directly to ecommerce, is developed strictly in WordPress and offers a glimpse into the life of the restaurant, with the ability to browse all menus in just a few clicks!

For Rosita, we chose a multipurpose approach; in addition to geo-located ecommerce campaigns in strategic areas, we also handled Drive To Store campaigns with a digital reservation system and more traditional Drive to Delivery campaigns!

We won't hide: Rosita's chanterelles are great to eat, but less easy to photograph! To make the product look its best, we did a long study on lighting and textures until we found the right formula to do it the justice it deserves!
