Interact with the community daily, following the TOVs of the respective brands managed
Monitor and analyze community metrics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and other KPIs
Create periodic reports for clients and provide data-driven consulting to improve community management strategies.
Use posting and scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Educational background in Economics / Communications. Little experience in the role of Social Media Manager or Community Manager.
In-depth knowledge of posting and scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Creative copywriting
In-depth knowledge of the main social media platforms and their dynamics
Ability to analyze online community data and metrics to make informed decisions
